Harit Dhara Sangathan is a non-govt. non-profit voluntary organization in the field of
environment related issues.
Harit Dhara Sangathan which was founded on 1st January 2000 by four young people - Hemant,
Ravi, Suman
& Vinod is now celebrating its 9 years of
successful working in field of environment & related issues.
Harit Dhara Sangathan aims to create mass awareness about the
problems of environmental pollution and make the earth green by planting more
& more saplings and protection of flora i.e. the trees. The organization
works for the conservation of nature and environment.
Membership to the organization is free.
The members are allotted different wings/sections according to their area of
interest. These sections are: 1. Plantation, 2. Education, 3. Cultural, 4. Projects & 5.
Research.
Plantation Section: The Plantation
section looks after plantation programs.
Education Section: This section
organizes lectures in schools & colleges and also looks after publication
of literature on environment. It strives to create awareness amongst the
masses.
Cultural Section: Cultural section
also creates awareness among the masses through organization of nukkad nataks (street plays),
songs and other cultural activities.
Projects Section: This section
looks after the funding of the organization.
Research Section: It organizes
surveys on various aspects related to environment & nature.
We invite volunteers to join us in our crusade for a better environment.
